On Saturday, 21st of October, at 19.10pm, the Neo-Move group will team up with Viky Kalla, an established dancer and choreographer, to deliver a performance that bridges art and technology. This event will be part of the WIP festival, and will explore, together with the audience, the idea of dancing with a digital twin.The audience will enjoy a captivating live dance performance, and through interactive technologies, will gain a better understanding of the physical challenges that professional dancers face. TONE project has been selected to become a part of the “grow” phase of the 11th cycle of the egg Start-Up platform
On June 7, 2023, the scientific concert “Beyond the Melodies: Interactive Technologies for the Promotion of Musician’s Health” was successfully held by the CYENS Center of Excellence in Nicosia. The concert was hosted in the Andreas Patsalidis Hall of the Cultural Foundation of the Bank of Cyprus where we have had high attendance.

We were delighted to have all of you there and showcase our interactive technologies for musicians’ health. It was an incredible experience to combine music and science, opening a window into the musical dialogue and providing a unique educational, and engaging experience for the audience.

Scientific Concert at Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation
Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation is hosting on Wednesday, June 7th the first scientific concert “Beyond the Melodies”. The event, the first of its kind in Cyprus, opens a window towards music interaction.
We had the opportunity to present our ‘Tone’ project to the faculty of the Computer Science Department at the University of Cyprus.

After all of our hard we work we were able today to test the AirTone Program on some musical instruments.
We are happy to announce that on Friday, 3rd of February we had our last participant for the first phase of the TONE Project.

We are excited to announce that the Biosense project has been selected to participate in the 3rd cycle of the Cyprus seeds program!
We were pleased to have the opportunity to show the technologies currently being developed to the funders of Cyprus Seeds. Our guests complimented CYENS on its accomplishments to date and expressed interest in continuing discussions about potential future collaborations.
Brainomix is a successful spinoff company from Oxford University, and is considered a global leader in medical imaging software. They support Cyprus Seeds, as well as Maria Georgiadou, the Managing Director of Cyprus Seeds. Dr. Olga Shvarova, the Chief Innovation Officer of CYENS gave a tour of the facilities and provided an overview of the Center’s research and innovation capabilities.
On November 30th, we had the pleasure of participating in the 7th Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum – “The Curious Entrepreneur”.
The forum was organised by the Centre for Entrepreneurship (C4E) and PwC and took place at the University Of Cyprus.
TONE Project was presented together with other CYENS flagship project such as iNicosia – the digital twin of Nicosia and DgiStreamer.
Demonstration of TONE along with other technologically advanced tools to a group of physiotherapy students of the School of Life & Health Science, University of Nicosia.
Opportunities for technologically advanced rehabilitation devices are unlimited. 25th of November 2022.
TONE project has been presented during the visit of the of Youth of the European People’s Party (YEPP) delegates in the frame of the European Conference titled “The Keys to Peacebuilding: Europe’s duty to lead” which took place in Cyprus between 24-27 of November.
The conference was organised together with the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies (WMCES) and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) and hosted by the Youth of the Democratic Rally (NE.DI.SY) Cyprus.
